We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
We accept the return of items only if they are unopened (except in cases where the item has to be tried for fit) and in their original condition. If you return goods as detailed, within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Defective Items
You can always return items if they are defective. We will only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.
If the item returned is found not to be defective or sent in error by us; you will be responsible for the postage charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to change of size/colour a further postage and package charge will be made.
Return Procedure
To return an item, you must obtain a Cyclelogik Returns Authorization Number (RMA) by emailing at info@cyclelogik.com with the following information:
- Full Name
- Email address
- Paypal order/invoice number
- Reason for return
When your returns authorization has been granted you will receive full instructions by email along with a unique returns number (RMA).
