Each year Cyclelogik takes on a limited number of clients that are looking for a personalized and professional coaching experience. It is our commitment to provide coaching services to those individuals that are looking for structured training programs specific to triathlon, cycling and or running.

To assist you in reaching your performance goals Cyclelogik provides coaching services by our resident experienced professional, Ian Fraser.

Target Event Program
If you have a specific event that you are targeting on your racing calendar, we can help you reach your goals with a 16 week training program. Typical events include, but are not limited to: Ironman, triathlon, duathlon, running and cycling races.

Cost
- $300 (plus GST)
- **Unlimited access to our Revolution Centre for an additional $320 (plus GST)

Deliverables:
- Initial face to face consult (approx...60-90 minutes)
- Production and delivery of comprehensive 16 week plan
- 10% lactate testing discount

Monthly program - Level 1
Duration
- Monthly (three month commitment up front)

Cost
- $135/month (plus GST)
- **Unlimited access to our Revolution Centre for an additional $80/month (plus GST)

Deliverables:
- Initial face to face consult (approx...60-90 minutes)
- Production and delivery of monthly training plan via Training Peaks
- Unlimited email interaction with coach
- One phone consultation per month
- 20% lactate testing discount
Monthly program - Level 2
Duration
- Monthly (three month commitment up front)

Cost
- $185/month (plus GST)
- **Unlimited access to our Revolution Centre for an additional $80/month (plus GST)

Deliverables:
- Initial face to face consult (or by phone/email if distance is a factor) approx...60-90 minutes
- Production and delivery of monthly training plan via Training Peaks (weekly updates to plan if necessary)
- Unlimited email interaction with coach
- Two phone consultations per month or one face to face consult (60 minutes)
- 30% lactate testing discount
A la carte items (can be added to any of the above)
- Unlimited email interaction with coach -add- $15/month (plus GST)
- 30 minute phone consult -add- $30 (plus GST)
- 60 minute face to face consult -add- $60 (plus GST)
